Y,Y series three-phase asynchronous motor is the basic series of low voltage three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor for general use.  The models of the frame range from 80 to 315.
The series motor has many advantages. It is IE1 efficiency of IEC60034-3 or EFF2 level, well-functional,durable. reliable and easily maintained. It has slight vibrations, low noise and high starting torque. Its installation dimension and power all accord with the IEC standard. It uses F level insulation and its protection is lP44 and cooling pattern IC411. The rated voltage of Y series motor is 380V and rated frequency 50Hz. The motor whose power is below 3kw uses “Y” connection and whose power above 4kw are  "△△ " connection.
The series motor is used in machines and equipments without particular requirements such as agriculture machines, food machines, blower fans, water pumps, tools, agitators and air compressors.
